-Manage outbound and Inbound contacts to international customer base for a
professional product
-Educate potential clients on specific process and services related to product
-Qualifying and converting leads to sales on a daily basis
-Liaise with clients in a highly professional manner
-Manage large amounts of outbound and Inbound calls in a timely manner
-Manage leads effectively and consistently, meet or exceed allocated daily, weekly
and monthly targets
-Consistently meet or exceed Quality Assurance benchmarks.
